FUFU's sushi and raw bar is the most comprehensive in Chennai. The selection spans classic nigiri and maki rolls, a full sashimi platter, and temaki (hand rolls) — the hand-held nori cones filled to order with fresh fish, rice, and house condiments that have become one of FUFU's signature experiences. The raw bar section allows guests to graze across cuts and preparations.
